Asia Cup is round the corner and injuries are already hitting the camps, as the world-class bowler, Shaheen Shan Afridi declared by the PCB that he is injured and will be out of the Asia Cup and also the England Series due to start after the Asia Cup.
The biggest match or rather most viewed match will be on 28th August 2022 between Pakistan and India and the camp was hoping along with the nation that Shaheen will be fit for the tournament and he will be fully recovered from his knee injury but this is not to be so and now PCB has announced the replaced that will be Mohammed Husnain,
Husnain has his struggles as well, in Feb he was suspended from bowling in International cricket after it was found that his actions were suspect. Husnain has since been able to correct it and he has fully cleared to bowl again and joins the camp.
The tournament will start on 27th Aug 2022 and the final will be played on September, 11 the teams taking part in the tournament are:
