Launch of ECZPLORE: A National Awareness Campaign
On a mission to redefine how eczema is understood and managed, Jamjoom Pharma and EDS have launched “ECZPLORE” a nationwide eczema awareness initiative designed to support families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
The campaign was officially announced through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), signaling a strategic collaboration focused on education and community engagement.
The Impact of Eczema on UAE Families
Eczema affects 1 in 5 children in the UAE. In many moderate-to-severe cases, the condition remains uncontrolled, leading to sleep disturbances, school absences, and mental health issues. Caregivers, too, are deeply impacted—facing increased anxiety, depression, and exhaustion.
“Eczema is not just a rash it’s a chronic condition that affects entire households,” said Dr. Ayman Al Naeem, President of the Emirates Dermatology Society. “We believe that education and empathy can transform how families cope.”
What ECZPLORE Offers
