Dr. Shahina Kishwar, Vice-Chancellor of the Royal American University, said that it is important to acknowledge the services of individuals who serve the community.

She expressed these views while addressing a function to confer an honorary doctorate degree to Dr. Fayyaz Mahmood. Dr. Shahina Kishwar said that the process of acknowledging the services of community workers was started by their executive Tony Javed.

Tony Javed is determined that those who dedicate their lives to society deserve a PhD. Explaining the process Dr. Shaheena Kishwar said every year we receive thousands of applications, which is proof of the trust of people in our organization.

A board of senior members examines each application and makes the final decision for the award of the doctorate degree. Dr. Shaheena Kishwar said that Fayyaz Mahmood has made an outstanding contribution in various parts of the world.
