Riyadh – Samsung Electronics – Saudi and Mashail Alasimah announce the opening of the first authorized service center in Riyadh that operates 100% by a highly trained workforce of individuals with special needs. This groundbreaking initiative aligns with Samsung’s strategy to enhance the aftersales experience for all customers, irrespective of their abilities.
The inauguration event witnessed the attendance of representatives from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, as well as members of the media.
In his speech during the event, Mr. Hyung Bin Joo, the Managing Director of Samsung Saudi Arabia, stated, “At Samsung, we understand the importance of seamless after-sales services for all, and this center is a testament to that dedication.” He added, “We are very proud to see this center fully operated by individuals with special needs; we aim to empower people to break barriers and create a brighter future.”
The newly inaugurated service center is dedicated to serving all Samsung customers. Yet, the center was designed to provide seamless access for customers with special needs. It also offers sign language support for in-person visitors and callers, reflecting Samsung’s commitment to making technology accessible to all.
Besides the maintenance services, the center offers a range of Samsung mobile devices and accessories. The center also provides customers who submit their devices for maintenance with replacement phones to minimize the inconvenience during the service process.
Samsung Electronics – Saudi is actively expanding its network of maintenance services to cater to customers across Saudi Arabia. This strategic expansion aims to provide a convenient service experience for all Samsung users.
