by: TN Media News Pakistan: It is with great pride and a deep sense of accomplishment that I announce the successful completion of my Doctoral studies in Business Management. Adhering to the principle that “Learning is a Continuous Process,” I have fulfilled my academic aspirations and have now officially earned a Ph.D. in Business Management after completing a rigorous three-year program.
During my doctoral research, I developed a novel management excellence framework, which I have titled FLAME: Financial & Leadership Alignment for Management Excellence. This model is grounded in established leadership theories and provides a strategic, integrative approach to enhancing management and organizational performance, with a specific focus on aligning leadership practices with the financial objectives of businesses.
I look forward to sharing the insights and contributions from my research with the broader academic and professional community, and I remain committed to further advancing the field of business management.
