Govt establishing 12 economic zones across province
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly was informed that government is establishing twelve economic zones and nineteen small industrial estates across the province.
Replying to a question in the question answer session, Special Assistant to Chief Minister for industries and commerce Abdul Karim Khan said an economic zone is being established in tribal district Mohmand and a small industrial estate in Bajaur to boost trade activities in these areas.
Speaking on an adjournment motion, Minister for Higher Education Kamran Khan Bangash said those elements who tried to create sectarian violence after the recent Peshawar blast have badly failed in their nefarious designs.
Replying to another question, Provincial Minister for Labour and Culture Shaukat Yousafzai said three hundred doctors have been recently promoted while about four thousand paramedics will be promoted to next grade soon.
He acknowledged the exemplary role of doctors and paramedics in the global Corona pandemic.
