Dammam, KSA – Pakistan International School Al-Ahsa proudly celebrated the academic accomplishments of its students with its 35th Annual Prize Distribution Ceremony, held over two days with separate events for male and female students.
Inspiring Start to a Memorable Event:
The ceremonies opened with the recitation of the Holy Quran, setting a respectful and spiritual tone. Distinguished guests, including Tahir Masood, Chairman of the School Management Council, attended the boys’ ceremony. Other prominent guests included Dr. Anas Al-Khatib from the Ministry of Education, Vice Chairman Muhammad Noman Omar Shuja, Principal Prof. Zainul Abidin, and Pakistan Embassy Representative Riaz Chaudhry Saeed Raza.
Female Students Celebrated on Day Two:
The second day focused on female student achievements. It featured Mrs. Noman Omar Shuja and Dr. Iman Ibrahim Al-Qadir, Director at the Ministry of Education in Al-Ahsa, as chief guests.
Principal Prof. Zainul Abidin presented the annual school report for the boys’ section. Ayesha Khalid, In-Charge of the Girls’ Section, delivered a detailed report, applauding both students and teachers for their dedication.
Cultural Performances and Community Support:
Both events included colorful performances and tableaus, which earned enthusiastic applause from the audience. Attendees included members of the local Pakistani community such as Chaudhry Azhar Gujar, Raja Ajmal, Dr. Zahoor-ul-Hassan, and Muhammad Al-Awfi, along with proud parents and teachers.
Speeches Filled with Pride and Vision:
In his keynote address, Tahir Masood praised students for their efforts and thanked parents and the community for their continuous support. He emphasized the School Management Council’s ongoing commitment to quality education and student success.
Nadeem Akhtar Chaudhry, Chairman of the International Human Rights Movement in Saudi Arabia, also addressed the gathering. He applauded the school’s leadership, particularly Principal Syed Zainul Abidin, and the faculty for organizing such a well-executed event.
A Celebratory Conclusion:
The ceremonies concluded with a grand banquet, where parents, students, and faculty mingled in celebration. The event ended with the national anthems of Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, leaving a lasting impression of unity and pride among attendees.
