The couple exchanged vows in front of a backdrop of red and pink flowers that complimented the bride’s look. According to the Times of India, the groom’s father recited a poem for the couple after the ceremony. Indian media outlets shared videos of Farhan making an entry on ‘Sooraj ki Baahon Mein’, a song from his film starring Abhay Deol, Katrina Kaif, Hrithik Roshan and Kalki Koechlin.
The couple also shook a leg on John Legend’s ‘All of Me’ post-wedding as everyone hit the dance floor. According to a clip shared by India Today, the couple also danced to film Dil Chahta Hai’s theme song. The 2001 film marked Farhan’s directorial debut.
