Pakistan Forum Makkah Commemorates 82nd Pakistan day. Chief Guest Engineer Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman Ameer Jamaat-e-Islami Karachi presided over the gathering.

Pakistan Forum Makkah (PFM) a well-known welfare organization of the Pakistan community in Makkah Al-Mukkaramah organized a special program on the occasion of the 82nd anniversary of Pakistan Day. A large number of men and women from the Pakistani community attended the event. Guest from Riyadh Mian Abdul Hamid and guests from Taif also attended the event.
Chief Guest Engineer Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman, Ameer of Jamaat-e-Islami Karachi presided over the gathering. He was visiting Saudi Arabia to perform Umrah and visit Prophet Mosque Madinah Al-Munawwarah. Saqib Qadir, president of Pakistan Forum welcomed all the distinguished guests and participants. He briefed welfare activities of the Forum and services rendered for the Pakistani community in Makkah.
Senior journalist and spoke person of Kashmir committee Jeddah, Muhammad Amil Usmani highlighted the importance of Pakistan day. He expressed his feelings and sentiments in his speech. Dr Adeel, general secretary presented a brief introduction of chief guest Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman.
In his presidential address Engineer, Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman said that overseas Pakistanis are very patriotic and have the same feeling for Pakistan as much as the people have in Pakistan. He talked about the issues and solutions of the overseas Pakistanis. He also expressed the expectation that Pakistanis abroad will elect righteous, honest and competent leadership after the right to vote.

Dr Irfan Ullah Siddiqui, former President of Pakistan Forum thanked all the distinguished guests and participants. The ceremony came to an end with the supplication for Muslim Ummah, followed by a dinner.

The audience thanked the officials of the Pakistan Forum and expressed their best wishes and hoped that Pakistan Forum would continue to hold such programs in future also so that the feeling of distance from the homeland can be reduced.
