On 13 December 2022, Mr. Khalid Taimur Akram, Executive Director, PRCCSF visited the N. Nazarbayev Center for the Development of Interfaith and Intercivilizational Dialogue in Astana, Kazakhstan along with seven other experts of OIC states. He also had a detailed interactive session with Mr. Bulat Sarsenbayev, Chairman of the Management of the Board, Center for the Development of Interfaith and Intercivilizational Dialogue.
During the meeting, Mr. Bulat Sarsenbayev discussed the working and role of the centre as it is the biggest in the world. Many regional countries including Pakistan have been working with this centre. He appreciated the role of Pakistan in increasing interfaith harmony. Mr. Sarsenbayev also explained the initiatives taken by the government of Kazakhstan under this centre to enhance interfaith harmony within the region and beyond.
