KARACHI — Newly appointed President of the Pakistan Physical Disability Cricket Association (PPDCA), Imran Balwani, has pledged to utilize all available resources to advance the organization’s mission and uplift cricket for players with physical disabilities.

Speaking at a press briefing held at the PPDCA office, Balwani was joined by General Secretary Amiruddin Ansari and Media Manager Muhammad Nizam. He shared his vision for the future of the association, placing strong emphasis on effective resource utilization and nationwide program development.

National Championships: Grade 1 Success and Grade 2 Kickoff

Ansari detailed the PPDCA’s structured competition framework, which now includes Grade 1 and Grade 2 Cricket Championships.

  • The Grade 1 Championship concluded successfully in Karachi, Lahore, and Multan, showcasing impressive performances and strong regional participation.

  • The Grade 2 Championship will begin on Monday in Quetta, with a match between Larkana and Quetta Bolan.

  • The series will continue in Sialkot and Faisalabad, culminating in a grand final in Karachi.
