Ambassador of Pakistan Ahmed Farooq and Welfare Attaché Sohail Babar visited Riyadh Metro labor camp.

Riyadh- To gratify and put a smile on the faces of countrymen, the Ambassador of Pakistan Ahmad Farooq, and Welfare Attache Sohail Babar visited Riyadh Metro Labor Camp in Saudi Arabia. They celebrated 76th Pakistan’s Independence Day, with them and also cut the Independence Day cake.

Addressing to the workers, the Ambassador of Pakistan said that Pakistani workers working abroad, especially in Saudi Arabia, are the real back born of Pakistan’s economy.

The Pakistani workers working in BACS expressed their immense happiness on celebrating the Independence Day with the Ambassador Ahmed Farooq.

The Ambassador thanked the management of the camp for the excellent facilities. It should be noted that BACS is a consortium of four major companies, including Bechtel, Almabani, CCC, and Siemens. These four companies are working on line one and two of the Riyadh Metro project. The largest number of Pakistanis are living in this labor camp.

The Ambassador of Pakistan stressed upon the Pakistani workers to abide by the Saudi laws and advised them to work hard. At the end of the visit the ambassador mingled with the Pakistan workers and took pictures with them. He also thanked the camp management.
