CCA Zone II won the PCB inter-district under 19 cricket championship after beating CCA Zone VI by 53 runs.
Karachi. CCA Zone II won the PCB inter-district under 19 cricket championship after beating CCA Zone VI by 53 runs at KCCA Stadium on Wednesday.
Zone II U 19 batting first and scored 195 for 5 in 50 overs left-handed Ali Hassan made 92 runs not out with seven boundaries and two sixes and Zia Ullah scored 26 runs Maaz captured 3 -49.
In reply CCA zone VI U 19 were all out only 142 in 45 overs. Muhammad Abbas was the top scorer with 38 runs. Zia Ullah grabbed six-wicket with his left-arm spin bowling.
On the occasion of the prize distribution ceremony former test cricketer & director NHPC Karachi Shahid Mahboob and Chairman SCA Imran Hussain was the chief guest while S Rahat Ali Shah, Zafar Ahmed and other were also present.
