The residents of Shahr Quaid have organized a special “Jashan-e-Azadi Mushaira” to commemorate Pakistan’s Independence Day. The event will take place on Saturday, August 10, 2024, at 8:30 pm at Angan Block 9, Gulshan Iqbal, Aziz Bhatti Park, Karachi.
The Mushaira will feature poets presenting their work centered on themes of national survival, integrity, and the celebration of independence. The event promises an evening of patriotic fervor and literary excellence, as local poets share their thoughts on the significance of Pakistan’s independence.
Anbarin Hussain Anbar, Vijaya Thani, and Irene Farhat Sir will be overseeing the event’s management, ensuring a seamless experience for all attendees. The chief organizer, Mahmood Ahmed Khan, has been instrumental in bringing together the community for this celebration.
