Keeping the tradition alive of welcoming the Spring, Elite Club Saudi Arabia celebrated the festivity by organizing a beautiful and glittery evening, attended by a large number of charged women and children with rejuvenated spirit and energy.
The event was held at a local hotel in Al Khobar, with the venue being fully decorated and embellished to complement the springy theme. Elegant and charming dresses of the women and kids added more glow and spark to the party.
During the splendid evening, the new edition of Elitian Times with the theme ‘Be Creative’, was also launched. Javeria Asad, founder of the club and Editor in chief of the magazine proudly acclaimed, ‘this is an honor of our club that the magazine is currently the only published magazine in English and Urdu languages by the Pakistani ex-pat community located in Saudi Arabia’. Writers from all over the world contribute to the magazine through their creative and innovative write-ups.
She also added that this edition is close to her heart, as she dedicated this magazine to her parents (late). She sincerely and deeply showed her gratitude to all the writers of the magazine for making this venture a success.
The event was designed on various colorful and vibrant activities for the interest of the participants, activities were nicely conducted by club coordinators Sadia Tajummal, Hina Imran, Sana Batool, and Samira Haroon.
Exclusive gifts were also given by the members of the club Madiha Muzammil, Nilufer Farooqi, Sana Batool, Farkhunda Sehar, Nazish Ilyas, and Zahra Zahid.
Kids’ corner was exquisitely arranged and decorated by a kindergarten school owned by Samina Hashmi and her teachers. Kids enjoyed a variety of games and other educational activities. Gifts were also given to all the kids from the school.
The participants appreciated the efforts of the organizers for arranging this beautiful event and commented that after Covid-19 and Lockdown such an event is like a breath of fresh air and Elite Club Saudi Arabia has successfully maintained the tradition of holding such social gatherings as usual.
Furthermore, honorary certificates were presented to all the writers of the magazine from the club as a token of appreciation and special giveaways were given to all participants. Later in the evening, scrumptious dinner was served to the guests. Overall, it was a successful event by the club and became the talk of the town.
