Today, all departments came together to officially launch the project with a Kick-off meeting. During the meeting, a comprehensive and well-structured project roadmap was presented and discussed with all stakeholders, including an external consulting team that will oversee the implementation on behalf of McDonald’s management.
The Team Leader emphasized the significance of this project and urged the team to fully commit to its success. A Q&A session was held to ensure that all questions and concerns were addressed, and team leaders expressed their positive involvement and readiness to drive the project towards successful completion.
