The move marks a key milestone in Taiba’s digital transformation journey, enabling the company to offer personalized, seamless, and tech-enhanced hospitality services while boosting operational efficiency. The deployment will help integrate guest interactions across physical and digital touchpoints, reinforcing Taiba’s customer-centric approach.
Hassan Ahdab, Chief Hospitality Operations Officer at Taiba, emphasized the company’s commitment to “operational excellence” and delivering “elevated hospitality experiences.” Mohammed Al Khotani, SVP at Salesforce Middle East, praised the partnership, stating it would help Taiba “set new benchmarks” in hospitality by merging authentic guest service with advanced AI tools.
Implementation support will be provided by Horizontal Digital, a global Salesforce Summit Partner with deep expertise in the Saudi market.
With nearly 40 properties and over 7,700 keys under management including collaborations with major hotel brands like Marriott, Sheraton, Crowne Plaza, and Holiday Inn Taiba’s investment in AI-driven technology signals its ambition to lead the Kingdom’s evolving hospitality landscape.
