Riyadh, November 15: RIKAZ, a prominent real estate developer, is making a significant impact at the Cityscape Global Exhibition, held from November 11-14 at the Riyadh Exhibition and Conference Center, Malham. Major Agreements in Hospitality: During the exhibition, RIKAZ signed agreements worth SAR 440 million, reinforcing its commitment to the hospitality sector:
Kerten Hospitality: A partnership worth over SAR 260 million for serviced apartments in the Uptown project, introducing innovative living experiences.
SEDCO Capital: A SAR 180 million deal to establish a real estate investment fund for a hospitality project in Riyadh.
RIKAZ Chairman Highlights Vision: Sheikh Khaled bin Hassan Al-Qahtani, RIKAZ Chairman and CEO, lauded the exhibition as a key platform for fostering global partnerships. He emphasized the company’s dedication to creating vibrant communities and advancing the Saudi real estate market in line with Vision 2030.
