The Heads of state meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the Organization of Turkic States has been successfully held in Uzbekistan on 10-11 November 2022. During the summit, significant proposals have been announced by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, which are noteworthy to mention.
He has presented grand proposals to extend Turkic World Vision 2040 while addressing the common issues with a joint approach. Economic cooperation, technological advancement, transport connectivity, food security, and reviving interregional harmony have remained salient features of his address. President Mirziyoyev has emerged as a visionary leader and made Uzbekistan a strong country in the comity of nations.
It is indeed important to highlight that under his tenure; Uzbekistan has witnessed a great transformation in almost every field. A series of events, meetings, summits and conferences have been arranged in the country, which reflects that Uzbek leadership is true to the cause of serving humanity and working for global peace vis-à-vis sustainable development.
It is high time that all countries and leaders of the Organization of Turkic Republic must join hands to counter common threats and work on the proposals presented by President Mirziyoyev during the summit. I believe that he has given a roadmap for future work that requires efficiency and hard work by all states to achieve common aspirations.
