On 3rd June, 2023. Falcon cricket club organized trails of U20 and U19 players for their new club named Falcon next generation. The goal of this club is to help train young cricketers by participating in RCA league where they will compete with other players which will help them to boost their confidence as well as it will groom their cricket.
During trails players said that they are very thankful to falcon club for giving them this golden opportunity, before that no club has given them proper chance to play due to their young age.
After the trails Mr. Farhan Amir Khairi (owner of Falcon club) told that he took this big step for cricket youth because it was dream of his late father to give young generation an opportunity so that they can improve themselves they have been running this club for more than 15+ years, according to him they are doing this so that those players who are just water boy in other teams can also play and enjoy cricket because these young players are the future of cricket in Saudi Arabia.
Mr. Saud told in his interview that it is a very good step and it’s the first time someone has taken a step for young generation, young generation has so much potential in them that can be used in a positive way rather than wasting that potential by making them water boy and wasting their talent.
Mr. Munir Ahmad Shad President of Pakistani Executive forum said Mr. Farhan Amir Khairi took a great initiate to promote youngsters.
If they are groomed perfectly they can represent Saudi Arabia on international level in cricket.
