On the occasion of 75th Pakistan’s Independence Day, Memon Leadership Forum Kingdom Saudi Arabia (MLF-KSA) chapter organized Azaadi Festival and cake cutting ceremony at a local restaurant. The program commenced with the recitation of a few verses from the Holy Qur’an by MLF Advisory council member Rana Shaukat. Naat was presented by Younus Omer, General Secretory MLF-KSA, followed by national anthems of Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.
During the ceremony, speakers included Siraj Adamjee chairman of MLF, Younus Habib president of MLF, Kabeer Memon vice Chairman of MLF, Tariq Madni MLF member, Mansoor Shivani Memon TV, Jawaid Kherani MASA, Arif Punjabi from Makkah, Saleem Burma and senior free-lance journalist Syed Mussarat Khalil, underscored the need for further strengthening the solidarity and unity of the Pakistani community so as to put an end to the tendencies of racism and exploitation as well as to strengthen the spirit of nationalism in order to safeguard the nation from any threat or danger.
All the speakers appreciated the efforts of Chairman, Siraj Adamjee in organizing a very devoted social welfare team. Before concluding the speeches following members were given MLF badges as they are part of the MLF youth wing Saudia chapter including Furqan EDHI, Mohammad Anas PULLA and Raees PATEL.
At the end of the program, a cake-cutting ceremony for the 75th Independence Day was held. Chairman Memon leadership Forum MLF-KSA Siraj Adamjee was the Master of the ceremony. He also sang a national song. Younus Habib president of MLF was given a vote of thanks.
