Riyadh, Saudi Arabia: The Saudi Venture Capital Company (SVC) has officially announced the launch of the Private Capital Forum 2025, marking the first event of its kind in the Kingdom dedicated exclusively to private capital. Scheduled to take place on October 22–23, 2025, the forum will be hosted at the King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) in Riyadh.
This landmark event will spotlight key segments within the private capital space—including venture capital, private equity, venture debt, and private credit—bringing together over 500 global experts, investors, and industry specialists to discuss trends, challenges, and emerging opportunities.
According to SVC, the forum will serve as a platform for sharing expertise and best practices across the private capital ecosystem. Discussions will center on growth benchmarks, advanced governance frameworks, and strategic investment approaches aimed at bolstering the regional and global private capital landscape.
In a statement, Dr. Nabeel Koshak, CEO and Board Member at SVC, highlighted the significance of the event:
“Following the unprecedented growth of the Saudi private capital ecosystem, the inaugural edition of the forum is a unique opportunity to expand the ecosystem to broader horizons—leveraging local, regional, and global opportunities in private capital. Dr. Koshak also emphasized SVC’s long-term vision: “We at SVC have no doubt that this is only the beginning. We are committed to further stimulating the VC ecosystem in Saudi Arabia by launching investment programs and products that are aligned with the ecosystem’s evolving needs, while drawing inspiration from both regional and global models.”
Topics at the forum will include the future of private capital, the investment landscape in Saudi Arabia, and strategies to foster international collaboration.
