The Indian team (Team India) wicketkeeper batsman Rishabh Pant’s car met with an accident on Friday morning.

Meanwhile, Pant in the car also sustained serious injuries. The accident took place on the Delhi-Dehradun highway, following which Pant was admitted to Max Hospital in Dehradun. Let it be known that Pant was going from Delhi to Roorkee, when his car reached Narsinshahr, the car overturned uncontrollably, breaking a railing and a pillar.

Currently, Rishabh Pant’s condition is said to be critical. SP Village Supan Kishore later confirmed the news, saying, “Cricketer Rishabh Pant’s car met with an accident between Mangalore and Narsin in Haridwar district. After first aid at Roorkee Civil Hospital, he was shifted to Max Hospital, Dehradun. The accident took place on NH-58 at Mangalore Police Station.

According to eyewitnesses, Pant’s car hit the guardrail after which the car caught fire. The fire was controlled with great difficulty. Pant, who was seriously injured in the accident, was admitted to Civil Hospital, Rikkee for first aid.

Rishabh Pant was referred to AIMS Hospital in Rishi Kesh
As per the latest reports, the cricketer has now been referred to AIMS Hospital in Rishikesh. He has injuries on his head and leg.

Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Dhami has directed the authorities to ensure all possible arrangements for Rishabh Pant’s treatment. The CMO said that it has also asked to provide an air ambulance if needed.
