AQCL Presents “Tahweel Al-Rajhi T-20 Cricket Cup.

Al Qassim Cricket League (AQCL) is organizing the “T-20 Cricket cup” under the sponsorship of Tahweel Al Rajhi in the city of Buraydah Al-Qassim K.S.A. The Opening Ceremony of this tournament was held on Friday 21st of Jan. 2022, despite the severe cold wave, lots of players and guests were present on this occasion.
The Chief Guest was Khalid Al Zugaiby Area Manager Tahweel Al Rajhi Qassim region, accompanied by Mohammad Asghar Dist. Sales Manager and other Tahweel AlRajhi dignitaries, The C.E.O of AQCL Engineer Abdullah Hammond Fahad Al Tuwaijri, Chairman Zulfiqar Romi, President Nasir Rasheed, Vice President Dr.
Haroon Ayaz, General Secretary, and S.A.C.F Coordinator Aafaque Masudi, AQCL Supervisor Rana Nadeem Akhter, Abdul Baseer Jani, Nadeem Amin, Israr Ahmad. Ch. Abdul Rasheed, AQCL Team Captain Yasir Warriach, Captains of all AQCL Teams – Clubs and their players, and other distinguished guests were present in this event.
Khalid Al Zugaiby while addressing the gathering said that cricket is becoming a popular game in Saudi Arabia now and the credit goes to ex-pats, especially of Asian origin. Now the local public is showing interest in this game and now there is an increase in local sponsors for this game. Mohammed Asghar said that Tahweel Al Rajhi will try to give more and more support for this game.
The C.E.O AQCL Engineer Abdullah Hammond Al Tuwaijri gave all this credit to SACF Administration for promoting this game and the players of all teams for being part of it. Chairman AQCL, President and Vice President AQCL, and other distinguished guests were among the speakers.
At the end of this Ceremony, AQCL Management through the CEO gave an honorary Shield to Khalid Al Zugaiby for his support and thanked him in person and Tahweel Al Rajhi in general.
