Pakistan Teachers forum (PTF) in collaboration with Hashu Foundation organized an event to make a pledge to raise funds for the project Out of School Children (OOSC), the prestigious event was organized at Pearl Continental Hotel Rawalpindi on 30 March 2023.
Event was graced by His Excellency Yerzhan Kistafin Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Pakistan, as guest of honor. Maqbool Hussain CEO OF J-7 group of companies, as chief guest. President of Rawalpindi Chamber of small traders and small industries RCSTSI Naeem Ashraf, Ayesha Khan CEO of Hashu Foundation were also present in the event.
On this occasion Ayesha Khan CEO of Hashu Foundation said that the Out of Children in Islamabad and the other part of the country are vulnerable youth open to extremism behavior. Hashu Foundation fell honor in joining hands with PTF.
Senator Fawzia Arshad said in her address discussed the intervention in education and government policy, start cyclic enrolment drives for mainstream out of schoolchildren every year, new schools and expansion of existing schools, hiring staff according to the required ratio of teacher to student as per national / international standards.
At this occasion Ambassador of Kazakhstan Yerzhan Kistafin assured the cooperation of Kazakhstan for the development of community through raising education and its awareness and to overcome the challenges. He said;
“Its not about the country its about our children”. Chaudhry Mohsin Azad, Director J-7 group and Naeem Ashraf Vice President RCSTSI also expressed their views and raised pledge for the cause.
