House of Elan Participates in the Dream Home Expo 2023 as the “Strategic Advisory Partner” which is taking place at the Pak-China Centre, Islamabad, on 15th, 16th and 17th of July 2023. House of Elan and Mr. Ovais Ali Khokhar have their own display desks, which provides information about their Real Estate projects, along with on location trainings, on different topics related to Real Estate, which are free of cost for all., along free certificates at the end of every training session by the expert trainers.
Day one was very successful in terms of on location trainings done by House of Elan Experts. The Schedule of trainings started from 4pm and ended by 10 pm. The first training was done by Mr. Obaid Ayub (Director at House of Elan) on Financial Guidance, in which he discussed about financing and financial models. After that, training on Media Automation was done by Mr. Syed Amjad Ali (Director Marketing Jang Media Group).
Valuable tools and skills of marketing were shared with the participants. Next training was given by Mr. Zeeshan Ahkter (Assistant Director Sales Elan Marketing) on Sales Core Competencies, in which participants were told how to be successful in the field on sales.
Three different trainers were appointed to give meaning full trainings on Digital Marketing, which included Mr. Ehtesham Ali (Business System Analyst, who talked about skills needed to be a successful business analyst, Mr. Shahmurad Shabbir (Art Director) who gave a meaningful insight about creative design and finally Ms. Laraib Raana (Digital Marketing Associate) who talked about latest trends, skills and technologies of digital marketing.
Training sessions was inaugurated by Honourable Chief Guest Senator Talha Mehmood, minister of religious affairs, along with Mr. Ovais Ali Khokhar and JUNG group media team. Honourable Senator was very pleased with the efforts done by the House of Elan.
He said that the trainings are a very good initiative taken by House of Elan for the youth as they are very informative and free of cost makes them accessible to a lot of public. He further added that Pakistan has untapped potential and the youth of Pakistan has a lot of talent which needs to be provided with a proper platform.
He believes that trainings like these need to be done on a bigger scale so that youth from different parts of the country can participate in it. At the end, he again appreciated House of Elan efforts and offered any assistance needed in these trainings.
