Jeddah Event Brings Together Scholars and Community Leaders

The Social Relations Committee recently hosted a grand dinner in Jeddah to honor leading community figures. The evening attracted a large audience from various groups and forums, making it a significant cultural and spiritual gathering.

Program Highlights

The event was presided over by Professor Dr. Muhammad Moinuddin, a renowned scholar and researcher. The Guest of Honor was Chaudhry Shafqat Mahmood, President of the Investors Forum. The program was conducted by Raja Muhammad Riaz, President of the Social Relations Committee.

The evening began with a recitation from the Holy Qur’an by Qari Muhammad Asif, followed by a Na’at in praise of the Holy Prophet ﷺ by Raza Malik, a respected Na’at Khawan.

Several speakers, including Shahid Naseem, Sardar Muhammad Ashfaq Khan, Ashfaq Badaiyuni, and Engineer Muhammad Afzal Ghazi, highlighted various aspects of Seerat-un-Nabi ﷺ, the life and teachings of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).

They also addressed pressing issues, such as the challenges of an interest-based financial system, and emphasized the importance of applying the Prophet’s ﷺ guidance in modern life.
