by: TN Media News: Eurofragance, a global leader in the fragrance industry, has announced a significant leadership change for its Middle East operations. Effective January 2026, Oumayma Tabet will assume the role of General Manager for the Middle East, ushering in a new chapter for the company’s strategic growth in the region.
Leadership Transition for Continued Growth:
After more than a decade in the role, Antoine de Riedmatten will step down from operational responsibilities. However, he will remain closely involved with Eurofragance as a member of the Middle East and India Regional Board. This transition ensures continuity while strengthening client partnerships and supporting the company’s ambitious expansion plans.
Eurofragance will now manage its regional operations through two distinct areas:
-
India, led by Mayur Kapse
-
Middle East, under the leadership of Oumayma Tabet
A Strategic Shift in Regionalization
Speaking on this leadership transition, Antoine de Riedmatten expressed his confidence in the new direction:
“This step allows us to consolidate a new phase in our regionalization strategy with solid foundations and a renewed approach. I am proud to continue contributing to this extraordinary region from a new perspective and to support Oumayma, whose talent and knowledge of the market are unquestionable.”
During his tenure since 2014, Antoine played a pivotal role in Eurofragance’s growth, including establishing the Creative Center and the regional headquarters in Dubai.
Expanded Production to Meet Middle East Demand:
Coinciding with this leadership change, Eurofragance has inaugurated an expanded manufacturing site in Barcelona, Spain. This €10 million investment has tripled the company’s production capacity, allowing for:
-
Faster response to Middle East market demands
-
Greater production agility and customization
-
Enhanced efficiency through advanced robotics (automating 80% of processes)
-
Improved sustainability, with solar panels supplying over one-third of the site’s energy
According to Clara Mena, Chief Operations Officer at Eurofragance:
“Expanding our capacity in Spain directly supports our commitment to the Middle East, a region that continues to inspire us and drive our innovation.”
