Saudi Arabia: Fly Jinnah, Pakistan’s low-cost carrier, has launched non-stop flights connecting Dammam, Jeddah, and Riyadh with Lahore, marking a significant expansion of its international network. This development enhances connectivity between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.
Inaugural ceremonies were held at Allama Iqbal International Airport in Lahore, where officials and airline representatives gathered to celebrate the launch of these new routes. Upon arrival in Saudi Arabia, additional welcoming ceremonies were organized at King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah and King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh. At King Fahd International Airport in Dammam, the flight was greeted with a traditional water cannon salute, symbolizing the commencement of these new connections.
Fly Jinnah’s spokesperson stated, “We are excited to expand our international network from Lahore with non-stop services to three key cities in Saudi Arabia: Dammam, Riyadh, and Jeddah. This step underscores our commitment to enhancing regional and international connectivity while providing exceptional value to our passengers.”
The non-stop services from Dammam operate twice weekly, with flights scheduled on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Flights from Riyadh are available every Monday and Friday, while the Jeddah route operates four times a week on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Starting December 6, 2024, all three routes will see an increase in frequency, further enhancing connectivity and convenience for travelers between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.
