Indian women and Australia women are currently playing a one-off match in Mumbai. The host side put up a great show on the third day as they picked up five wickets of the touring side in the second innings.

The Australian side is leading by 46 runs as the fourth day of the Test match promises to unfold a lot of drama.
Nevertheless, this ongoing and exciting Test match saw the Indian skipper Harmanpreet Kaur making waves. A player famous for her batting prowess, she took two crucial wickets to keep Australia on the back foot.

McGrath hit a superb 73 and shared critical partnerships with Ellyse Perry (45) and Alyssa Healy (32) as Australia reached 5-233 at the close of play, with a lead of 46 runs.
A double-strike from India captain Harmanpreet Kaur removed both McGrath and Healy late in the day, before Annabel Sutherland (12no) and Ashleigh Gardner (7no) saw the tourists through to stumps.

Kaur brought herself on in the third session after India tried almost every trick in their arsenal with the ball but failed to make inroads. A resolute Australian side overhauled the hosts’ 187-run lead in the first innings with consummate ease.

Kaur cleaned up Tahlia McGrath (73 from 177 balls, 10 fours), who hit a second consecutive fifty in the Test, and snaffled the dangerous Alyssa Healy (32) after a sudden burst of aggression.
