Najm presented the Domestic Labor Contract Insurance (DLI) service, a digital system that automates the process of requesting quotes and issuing domestic workers’ insurance policies. This service connects insurance companies with the ‘Musaned’ platform, developed by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
Remote Accident Survey Service
To enhance road safety and reduce traffic congestion, Najm showcased its Remote Accident Survey service. This digital solution allows customers to report accidents via online channels. Najm’s Liability Determination Specialists can then track the reports and issue official documentation without the need for in-person visits.
Motorcycle Response Units
Najm also demonstrated the use of motorcycle response units, equipped with body cameras to ensure transparency and fairness at accident scenes. These quick-response vehicles help Najm reach congested areas efficiently and handle incidents faster.
No Claim Discount (NCD)
