The Pakistan Physical Disability Cricket Association (PPDCA), in collaboration with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and the Shahid Afridi Foundation (SAF), has announced a press conference to be held on Thursday, December 1, 2022. The event will take place at 2:00 pm at the National Stadium Karachi.
Officials from the PPDCA, ICRC, SAF, and the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) will brief media personnel about the upcoming 8th National Physical Disability Cricket Championship 2022. This championship is set to begin on December 3, coinciding with the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, and will feature matches at the National Stadium Karachi as well as other cities.
The press conference aims to provide comprehensive details about the championship, its participants, and the significance of promoting cricket among physically disabled athletes in Pakistan.
