Sultan, president of the Women in Aviation Middle East Chapter, highlighted the equal role women can play in aviation, advocating for awareness, education, and collaboration between private and government sectors to meet workforce needs.
The booming aviation industry in Saudi Arabia, marked by increased airports, new airlines, and a growing tourist influx, is expected to lead the global aviation landscape in the coming decades.
With a remarkable 126 percent industry growth contributing to an $82 billion revenue, the call for scholarships, internships, and continuous support for gender equality underscores the industry’s commitment to empowering women in diverse aviation roles.”
