A Grand Dinner in Honor of Jamaat-e-Islami AJK’s Deputy Ameer Zahid Rafiq Hosted by Social Liaison Committee Jeddah.

Jeddah (Noor-ul-Hasan Gujjar): On the occasion of performing Umrah, Deputy Ameer of Jamaat-e-Islami Azad Jammu & Kashmir, Zahid Rafiq, was honored with a grand dinner hosted by the Social Liaison Committee Jeddah. The event was presided over by Raja Muhammad Riaz, President of the Social Liaison Committee, while Chaudhry Ansar Mehmood Dhool, President of Jamaat-e-Islami Gujrat, graced the event as the guest of honor.

The ceremony was attended by key members of the Liaison Committee, prominent figures from the Pak-Kashmir community, and individuals from various walks of life. In his address, Raja Muhammad Riaz congratulated the chief guest, Zahid Rafiq, on the blessing of performing Umrah and paid tribute to his dedicated services for the cause of Kashmir.

Dr. Moin, Ameer of Jamaat-e-Islami Jeddah, highlighted the importance of unity within the Muslim Ummah, shedding light on the issues of Palestine and Kashmir while emphasizing Jamaat-e-Islami’s stance on these matters.

Chaudhry Akram Gujjar, Chairman of PML-N Saudi Arabia, expressed a strong commitment to the unity of the community and solidarity with the Kashmiri people. Sardar Muhammad Ashfaq, Chairman of Jammu & Kashmir Overseas Community, elaborated on Saudi Vision 2030 and the ongoing human rights violations in Indian-occupied Kashmir.

Renowned scientist Dr. Sajjad informed the participants about global climate change and the looming threats of global warming. Chaudhry Ansar Mehmood Dhool, Ameer of Jamaat-e-Islami Gujrat, discussed the importance of unity among overseas Pakistanis and shed light on Jamaat-e-Islami’s global stance, also sharing his thoughts on Pakistan’s current situation.

Mohsin Ghouri, head of Al-Khidmat Group Saudi Arabia, provided insights into the welfare activities of Al-Khidmat Foundation and presented the annual review report.

In his address, the chief guest Zahid Rafiq expressed gratitude to all the distinguished guests and discussed issues related to the judicial, educational, and bureaucratic systems in Kashmir. He strongly condemned the ongoing oppression in Palestine and Kashmir and urged overseas Pakistanis to unite and actively contribute to the development of Pakistan and the freedom of Kashmir.

The event concluded with a special prayer led by Engineer Arif Mughal, Acting Chairman of Jammu & Kashmir Overseas Community, for the freedom of Kashmir and Palestine, as well as for the prosperity and development of Pakistan.
