On the invitation of Jinnah Hospital, Lahore Chairman Board of Management Gohar Ejaz, Health Minister Dr. Javed Akram and Secretary Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department Dr. Ahmed Javed Qazi visited the hospital to review the Hospital Management Information System (HMIS), developed and implemented by PITB.
PITB IT-Ops team led by Director Nausheen Fayyaz, SPMs Kumail Rizvi and Ali Shakoor gave a detailed briefing on the successful completion of the system’s Phase – I.
Dr. Javed Akram appreciated PITB for the successful deployment of the system and provided valuable insights for utilizing HMIS-acquired data for research, resource allocation and future policy-making for the hospital and government.
