A delegation as part of the ‘Inland Study Tour of 32nd Senior Management Course (SMC)’ from the National Institute of Management (NIM) Peshawar visited PITB to get acquainted with the ICT interventions rolled out by the Government of Punjab.
PITB Additional Director General Syed Qasim Ifzal briefed the attendees on the key ICT initiatives successfully implemented across Punjab and those replicated by other provinces. The delegation also visited e-Khidmat Markaz to learn about the citizen facilitation services offered at the centre.
The prime objective of the course is to equip senior civil servants with the knowledge and skills required for better public service delivery to the citizens of Pakistan.
