Recognized as the Oscars of the Asian IT industry. Popularly called the APICTA Awards, the 2022 edition is taking place in Islamabad, from December 7-11.
The 21st APICTA Awards of the regional economies are being held in Pakistan for the first time since the inception of the alliance.
They are being organized by the Pakistan Software Houses Association (P@SHA) and TechDestination for IT and ITES, in collaboration with the Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication (MoITT).
The event will be attended by 15 economies of the region, with 150+ foreign delegates from economies including Malaysia, Australia, Singapore, etc.
A special meeting of the delegates was held at the Prime Minister’s House on Wednesday.
Honourable PM Shehbaz Sharif, Federal Minister for IT & Telecom Syed Amin-Ul-Haque Additional Secretary (Incharge) MOITT Mohsin Chandna, MD PSEB Syed Junaid Imam, Chairman PASHA Zohaib Khan and others addressed the occasion.
