A Historic First for Saudi Arabia’s Cultural Scene
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia: The Royal Commission for Riyadh City (RCRC), in collaboration with the China National Opera House (CNOH), presented Georges Bizet’s world-famous opera Carmen at the King Fahad Cultural Center. This marked the first-ever performance of Carmen in Saudi Arabia, a historic cultural milestone as part of the Saudi-China Cultural Year.
More than 2,500 guests and dignitaries attended the opening night, making it one of the most anticipated cultural events of the year.
