Karachi (Report: Pirbux Noonari) Sindh Caretaker Health Minister, Dr. Saad Khalid Niaz, visited the Karwan-e-Hayat hospital today, in Keamari, to appreciate the dedicated work being done by the Karwan team and to also understand the scope of operations within the mental health space.
While he expressed satisfaction with the efforts to promote mental health, this visit was crucial as he was able to witness the operations firsthand – the patient visits at the OPD, rehabilitation services and In-Patient department. It also gave him more insights in further understanding the work that needed to be done for the underprivileged members of our community, especially those suffering from psychiatric ailments.
