MENA Region – XP proudly announces the return of its Artist Management Bootcamp (AMB), scheduled for November 10-14 and 17-21, aimed at cultivating future leaders in the region’s music ecosystem. Applications opened online in July and will remain open until September 7, 2024.
Building on last year’s success, this two-week virtual program equips aspiring artist managers with vital skills across 11 key areas such as contract negotiation, digital marketing, brand management, and artist mental health. Participants learn from top industry experts, including artists, managers, and label executives.
Ahmed Almomen, AMB Lead, emphasized the bootcamp’s role in fostering sustainable growth by preparing professionals to support artists and contribute to the wider music industry’s development.
Graduates receive certification and exclusive access to XP Music Futures events, while top candidates may earn internships with MDLBEAST Records and major labels, offering practical experience and industry networking opportunities.
