Bilal Wani and Faisal Khan sparkle as Fonte Stars and ECric Store qualify for the finals of RCA’s Tera System T20 tournament.

Fonte Stars defeated REGC by 6 wickets and ECric Store defeated Mrsool CC by 74 runs to qualify for the final of Alkharj League of RCA’s Tera Systems T20 tournament.
In the First semifinal, REGC won the toss and elected to bat first and posted a competitive 205/7 in their 20 overs. None of the REGC batsmen could score more than Elavarasan’s 42(22), however there we useful contributions from Varun 35(31) and Azimooddin 31(15).
For Fonte Stars Kamran Khan and Waheed Akhtar picked up 2 wickets a piece. In reply Fonte Stars Openers Majid Bashir and Bilal Wani shared an opening stand of 87 runs in just 6.2 overs to make the chase straightforward.
Fonte Stars eventually chase the target in 17.5 overs for the loss of 4 wickets only. Bilal Wani top scored 79(44) while Majid scored 55(25). Bilal Wani was declared player of the match.
In the second semifinal, ECric Store outclassed Mrsool CC by 74 runs. Mrsool won the toss and elected to field first. Batting first ECric Store posted a mammoth 273/9 in their 20 overs. Faisal Khan 77(26), Ishaq 69(29) and Abdul Wahab Khan 58(23) were the main contributors. Ismail picked 3 wickets for Mrsool CC.
In reply, Mrsool CC was bowled out for 199 on the last ball of the 20th over. Najeeb Asghar top scored with 48(26). Ali Sher was the most successful bowler with 3 wickets. Faisal Khan was declared player of the match.
The final will be played on the 21st of October 2022.
