Riyadh Hosts Intellectual Conference on Ramadan Under the Auspices of Azhar Organization.

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia: In a significant academic and intellectual gathering, an enlightening conference was held on the occasion of Ramadan, organized by the esteemed Azhar Organization of Riyadh. The conference was graced by renowned educationist Professor Gohar Rafiq, who chaired the event, with coordination handled by the organization’s General Secretary, Dr. Rashid Mahmood. Professor Mian Iqbal attended as the special guest, and a distinguished group of scholars from Riyadh participated in the event.

The conference commenced with the recitation of the Holy Quran by Mahmood Ismail, setting a spiritual tone for the gathering. The Patron-in-Chief of the Azhar Organization, Professor Azmatullah Bhutta, addressed the attendees, offering profound insights into the virtues of Ramadan. The event also featured a heartfelt Naat session, where several renowned poets expressed their devotion in praise of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). Poets Ikram Manzar Hamdani, Faisal Gilani, Ayub Kamuka, Pir Asad Kamal, Shahid Khyalavi, Mansoor Mahboob, Sabir Amani, and Yousaf Ali Yousaf contributed with their soulful renditions, enriching the spiritual atmosphere of the conference.

As the evening drew to a close, the attendees were treated to a traditional Suhoor, allowing them to enjoy the meal in the spirit of unity and reflection that characterized the event.
