INDIA’S I-DAY AS KASHMIRIS BLACK DAY (15 AUG)

by: Ch. Muhammad Natiq
▪️The innocent Kashmiris living in IIOJK observe India’s Independence Day on August 15, as a black day to condemn India for constantly denying Kashmiris their right to self-determination.

▪️The observance of the scheduled Indian Independence Day as the black day is aimed to express hatred against the Hindutva oppression for forcibly keeping the bulk part of the State in her unlawful and forcible occupation for the last 75 years.

▪️Kashmiris worldwide observe 15 August as Black Day as India has converted a UNSC declared disputed territory between Pakistan and India, into its integral part, which is in total violation of the UNSC resolutions on Kashmir.

▪️ India’s plan to hold a G20 meeting in IIOJK violates the UNSC Resolution of 1948 that mandates a plebiscite in the disputed territory.
