Dell Technologies Opens New Merge and Fulfillment Center in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

Dammam, KSA: Dell Technologies has officially opened its first merge and fulfillment center in Saudi Arabia, located in Dammam. The facility is designed to handle up to 600,000 units annually, supporting Dell’s growing product demand across all lines.

The center includes a second-touch manufacturing area, where Dell’s servers can be customized to meet specific customer needs, reducing delivery times and improving satisfaction. Dell has also moved its Flat Panel Monitor Hub to Dammam, offering faster shipments within two days to local customers.

This new center supports Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 by driving economic diversification and innovation. It is Dell’s fifth facility in the EMEA region and will create jobs in logistics, manufacturing, and technical sectors, while training local talent and promoting innovation.

H.E. Eng. Haytham Alohali, Vice Minister of Communications and Information Technology, praised Dell’s investment, highlighting its role in strengthening Saudi Arabia’s logistics and manufacturing capabilities.

Adrian McDonald, President – EMEA at Dell Technologies, expressed excitement about the new hub, noting Dell’s commitment to supporting Saudi Arabia’s digital economy and Vision 2030 through local talent development and infrastructure investments.

Led by Saudi nationals, the Dammam hub will work closely with Dell’s local partners to improve product distribution and support a strong workforce, contributing to Saudi Arabia’s growing digital economy.
