Dar Wa Emaar Launches SAR 750 Million “Saraya Al Sharq” Project in Dammam in Strategic Partnership with NHC.

DAMMAM, Saudi Arabia: Dar Wa Emaar Real Estate Investment & Development Company has officially launched its latest residential development, “Saraya Al Sharq”, in partnership with the National Housing Company (NHC). With an investment value of SAR 750 million, the project aims to enhance homeownership opportunities in line with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 target of achieving 70% homeownership among citizens.

Strategically located in the Al-Wajeha destination in Dammam, near the Riyadh Main Road and major landmarks such as King Fahd International Airport, schools, universities, and healthcare facilities, Saraya Al Sharq will span over 410,000 square meters. The development will comprise 616 residential units across four distinct architectural models, offering spacious homes ranging from 200 to 360 square meters, designed to meet the diverse needs of Saudi families.

The project forms part of Dar Wa Emaar’s acclaimed “Saraya” series and is set to become a model of modern community living. It features an integrated mix of amenities including retail and medical centers, mosques, walking paths, and green spaces with 28% of the total area allocated to parks and landscaping.
