SANS Institute to Host SANS Riyadh May 2025 and Cyber Workforce Masterclass to Strengthen Saudi Arabia’s Cyber Resilience.

by: TN Media News Riyadh, Saudi Arabia: The SANS Institute, a global leader in cybersecurity training, is set to return to the Kingdom with SANS Riyadh May 2025, taking place from May 10–22 at the Hyatt Regency Riyadh Olaya. The event will offer eight expert-led courses, both in-person and online, tailored to equip Saudi cybersecurity professionals with hands-on skills to combat today’s most pressing digital threats.

Courses will cover key areas such as cloud security, threat intelligence, penetration testing, and incident response, aligning with the Kingdom’s growing digital infrastructure under Vision 2030. The initiative supports the rising demand for skilled professionals to defend critical sectors like energy, finance, and healthcare.

In addition, the Cyber Workforce Masterclass on May 15 will focus on building sustainable talent pipelines and aligning cybersecurity training with global frameworks like SCyWF and ECC-2. Attendees will engage in tabletop exercises and receive practical strategies for workforce development.

Two free community night sessions will also be hosted:
May 12: “AI & Cybercrime: How Criminals Are Weaponizing AI”.
May 19: “Detection Through Monitoring: Leveraging the Home Field Advantage”

These sessions aim to spark dialogue on emerging threats and provide actionable insights for defenders at all levels.
