Lama AlQawasmi Wins 2025 Future Leader Award at Future Hospitality Summit Saudi Arabia.

by: TN Media RIYADH: At the Future Hospitality Summit (FHS) Saudi Arabia, held this week at the Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah in Riyadh, Lama AlQawasmi was announced as the winner of the 2025 FHS Future Leader Awarda prestigious recognition celebrating emerging talent in the global hospitality industry.

AlQawasmi, Co-Founder & COO of Hospitality Talents and Vice President of Hospitality at Moqam Urban Development Co., was recognized for her leadership, innovation, and social impact in Saudi Arabia’s fast-evolving hospitality sector. Her work includes spearheading sustainability initiatives, founding a consultancy division, and mentoring young professionals.

The Future Leader Award, powered by the Sommet Education Foundation and organized by The Bench, was open to hospitality professionals aged 18–35. The judging panel featured prominent figures from leading institutions including Les Roches, Sommet Education, and UN Tourism.

Carlos Díez de la Lastra, CEO of Les Roches, highlighted the award’s alignment with Vision 2030, saying it supports Saudi Arabia’s efforts to nurture local talent and reshape the hospitality landscape.

As part of her prize, AlQawasmi will receive an exclusive scholarship to pursue further studies at institutions such as Glion Institute of Higher Education or Les Roches, along with access to internships, job placement opportunities, and global alumni networks.

Reflecting on her win, AlQawasmi said, “This award is not just about me—it’s about the belief that talent and opportunity exist everywhere. My mission is to bridge that gap through hospitality, education, and purpose.”
