A Unified Voice from Abroad:
An international online seminar organized by the Pak Media Journalists Forum International brought together overseas Pakistani journalists to express unwavering support for the Pakistan Armed Forces. The event served as a powerful show of unity and patriotism, with participants vowing to counter hostile propaganda through global media platforms.
Leadership and Participation:
Chaired by Chaudhry Noor-ul-Hassan Gujar and moderated by Dr. Abdul Rehman Usama and Sheikh Ijaz Afzal, the session featured heartfelt tributes to the sacrifices and professionalism of Pakistan’s military. Journalists from the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, South Africa, Türkiye, and Austria, among others, joined the virtual gathering.
Praising the Armed Forces:
Dr. Usama, Forum President, stated that India has lost its moral and diplomatic standing due to repeated aggressive actions. He praised the Pakistan Army’s decisive response, calling it a defining moment in the nation’s defense narrative.
Participants reaffirmed their loyalty to Pakistan, emphasizing that overseas journalists remain committed to defending the country’s image abroad.
Resolution Passed in Support:
A unanimous resolution, presented by Deputy Secretary Information Atif Khan Tanoli, praised the military’s vital role in safeguarding Pakistan’s sovereignty. The resolution was passed with full support from international chapter heads and office bearers.
Combating Disinformation with Unity:
The seminar concluded with a firm pledge by all participants to combat disinformation and promote Pakistan’s narrative with conviction. The collective commitment highlighted the important role overseas journalists play in shaping global perceptions of Pakistan.
“Our voices overseas are a bridge between the homeland and the world,” one participant noted. “We will defend truth with responsibility.”
