Pacer Hasan Ali, making a return to the national side after a year, delivered a match-winning performance, taking 5-30 to dismiss Bangladesh for 164 in the final over. Pakistan had earlier set a target of 202, led by captain Salman Agha’s 56.
Despite some shaky moments during their innings, Pakistan’s all-round effort proved decisive. Speaking after the match, Salman praised Hasan’s comeback, highlighting his dedication and hard work.
Both teams are aiming to bounce back after disappointing exits in the group stage of February’s ICC Champions Trophy, which was hosted by Pakistan.
