AIMS Cricket Club Clinches All Sindh Hayat High Speed Cricket League Title by 37 Runs.

AIMS Cricket Club secured a thrilling 37-run victory over La Roche Cricket Club Karachi in the final of the All Sindh Hayat High Speed Cricket League (Season Five). The match took place at Sindh Agriculture University Tando Jam Cricket Ground.

Batting first, AIMS posted 168 runs for five wickets. Daniyal Rajput starred with 72 runs off 59 balls, including four boundaries and four sixes. Raheel Qureshi added 36 runs. La Roche’s Inamul Haque took four wickets.

In response, La Roche managed 131 runs. SM Fahad led the chase with 40 runs, supported by Hanan Achakzai’s 34 runs. Despite efforts from Ali Hassan and Ibtisam Sheikh, the team fell short. Babar Arain and Majid Asghar each took one wicket for AIMS.

Daniyal Rajput was named Man of the Match for his outstanding batting and fielding.

The awards ceremony featured notable guests, including Rawal Sharjeel Memon, Deputy Commissioner Hyderabad Zainul Abideen Memon, and former cricketer Adnan Taj. Memon praised the tournament’s organization and vowed continued support for regional sports.

  • Majid Asghar as Best Bowler (14 wickets)

  • Ibtisam Sheikh as Player of the Tournament (13 wickets, 149 runs)

Organizing Secretary SM Nadeem thanked sponsors such as High Speed Private Limited and the Sindh Sports Department. He also announced plans to expand the tournament to include more teams in future seasons.

Rawal Sharjeel Memon reaffirmed his commitment to promoting sports development, highlighting the tournament’s role in uniting the community through cricket.
